You can’t fight city hall. But on a blustery cold single-digit temperature federal holiday when there aren’t any workers around, you can park near it and photograph it. This is Springfield (Missouri) City Hall on Martin Luther King Day using a Pentax Spotmatic with the very nearly legendary Takumar 135mm fixed length lens on Ultrafine Extreme 400 film, developed in Kodak D-76 chemistry.
