Uncommonly Vintage – “Modern Vintage”

Though most of what I shot at this vintage car dealer in rural Missouri was shot in film, this is one of the few pictures I got on digital. In this case it was a dark garage using the built-in flash, so I was not expecting much. This is a fully restored (with some instrument cluster updates) 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air, in the processed of being cleaned, having just been sold about $80,000. The engine was in absolutely perfect condition, looking as if it could have rolled off a Detroit assembly line yesterday.

Shoot photos, not each other!
