Uncommonly Vintage – “Line of Cars”

Continuing the series that I am doing throughout 2024 of a visit to a most unusual car dealer in a rural town in the great American state of Missouri. I had two rolls of film, so a lot of what I shot is from that. I also shot a small handful of digital photos as well.

In this line of cars, we have, at the very back barely visible, a 2003 thunderbird with nearly 300,000 miles on it. The old ford engine has been replaced with that of a Jaguar, for which the elderly gentlemen who runs the place told me, was “a really tight fit.”

In front of that we have a 1940 Ford Fairlane, reassembled from two different cars.

And in the very front, we have a red 2006 Mustang, one of the few “modern cars” for sale at this dealer.

Shoot photos, not each other!
